Full Job Description

As the Digital Marketing Head, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy. Your goal will be to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase online sales through various digital channels. You will lead a team of digital marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, leads, and sales.
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and content marketing.
Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, e-commerce, and technology to ensure our strategies remain innovative and competitive.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and visually appealing digital content for various platforms.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Work closely with the product development and sales teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support digital marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Monitor and manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
Maintain a strong brand presence across all digital channels, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
Proven experience (10 years) in a senior digital marketing role, with a track record of driving online growth and revenue.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tactics, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw actionable insights.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
Experience working in e-commerce or online retail industry is a plus.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per month
