Specialist, Digital marketing

What this job involves:
We are looking for Senior Analyst- Digital Marketing (HTML Q&A) to support our email marketing endeavours (Eloqua) and the ongoing growth and success of the JLL business. You will support the digital team to deliver important email marketing campaigns, governance, and work across marketing teams across different regions.

This senior QA analyst will work closely with the team and other QA members to deliver the highest quality of work in a timely manner. As an HTML quality analyst you will be responsible for troubleshooting any design issues and delivering quality emails/ campaigns.

User-focused with a strong understanding of typography, colour and layout. Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Sketch and Illustrator, Invasion. Must have excellent relationship-building and open communication skills to listen, provide feedback, inspire and mentor team members. Experience developing and ensuring the proper application of brand standards and guidelines. An HTML certified individual is preferred.

A successful candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in email marketing and a breadth of transferable skills. The candidate should be a quick learner and excited about developing their digital career in an international real estate company with

Experience working with international teams

Monitor quality parameters and constantly work towards improving it
Contribute towards the overall team’s customer satisfaction scores in quality
Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods and tools
Strong track record of improving efficiencies with training.
Testing and debugging. Design, perform and maintain process, testing and assessing campaign/ email quality
Working closely with Marketing team to understand campaign build process
Establish/ modify procedures necessary for successful implementation and maintenance of quality function
Great analytical and logical ability. Should be familiar with reporting and should be able to provide metrics/ analysis around campaign quality.

You will be primarily in charge of JLL Marketing Automation Email campaign designs. You can encourage the team to adopt agile practices and continuous improvements. Mapping business requirements
An essential part of your role will involve designing customized deliverables per team and stakeholder’s needs, including original graphical elements that visually capture a given message. The person in-charge will:

Work closely with the digital team to solution, optimize our digital experience, and build a differentiated customer experience through digital design.
Adept at marketing automation, Eloqua preferred but exposure to Salesforce / Marketo relevant as well.
Create and enforce email/landing page design guidelines and governance following branding guidelines. Create and manage templates and style guides.
Design and development (HTML/CSS/XHTML, Java, etc.) emails, landing pages and other digital assets
Develop & maintain a best in class user experience through A/B testing and data-guided design.
Assist in all digital marketing efforts, including designing dynamic emails and creating assets for websites, using Eloqua, marketing automation tool preferred.
Will enforce and uphold JLL design guidelines. Should know Photoshop to be able to assist with design requirements along with HTML.
Building optimized email campaigns and ensuring best practice is followed
Produce performance report for email communications, providing analysis and recommendations
Experience in receiving and delivering work via project and workflow management tools
Positive, can-do attitude in the face of complication, adversity, tight deadlines and fluctuating workload
Have an “always testing” attitude towards our online assets as you help us pursue increased conversion optimization

Guiding teams
Being the specialist, your overall support to ensure efficiency, consistency and timely delivery of projects will be crucial. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing teams, content team to guide research, design and development initiatives.

Being a multitasker
Being an efficient and productive resource that is able to manage multiple functions across timelines and well aware of overall understanding of project management especially related to various digital functions such as Social Media, Eloqua, Website Analytics and more.

Participates in project teams’ planning, scheduling and work delivery, including completion of timelines and cost estimates.

Should be able to work on strict turnaround times, have a problem solving approach, is sharp and aware of the innovations/ services in the industry.

Stakeholder Management: –
Excellent communication skills a must and familiarity with MS Teams a plus. Engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders and see things from their perspective. Provides management with workflow recommendations and assists with troubleshooting performances/standards issues.

Educational Qualification
Graduate or post graduate from engineering / technical background.
