Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record experience in performance marketing, with a focus on real estate specific lead generation on Google and Meta platforms. A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience is required.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop and execute campaigns to generate quality leads for real estate projects using Google and Meta Platforms
• Create and manage social media ad campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns accordingly.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are willing to go the extra mile to demonstrate performance and achieve success.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing in the real estate sector
• Proven track record of driving measurable results through performance marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of key metrics and analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
• Excellent verbal & written communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 – ₹750,000.00 per year
