Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager – Real Estate

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our online presence and marketing efforts in the real estate sector.

Position Overview: The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that align with our real estate business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing techniques and platforms, as well as experience in the real estate market to effectively engage our target audience and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the real estate market, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for the real estate sector, including blog posts, property listings, social media updates, and email newsletters.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM systems. Use data to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior in the real estate market.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and real estate teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and support lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s online presence, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across all digital channels.
  • Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired results.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of [X] years of digital marketing experience, with at least [Y] years in the real estate industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) are a plus.
  • Skills:
